Mental Health Crisis Guidelines

Please note, I am not always immediately available by phone, and I do not keep 24/7 office hours; therefore it is important to have a crisis plan in the unlikely event of a mental health emergency.

In the event that you (or your child), experiences a mental health crisis and need to speak with a mental health professional immediately; the following crisis hotlines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

These hotlines are able to provide immediate counseling and can also assist in facilitating a psychiatric hospitalization, if that becomes necessary.

You may also call 911 or

go to the nearest emergency room for immediate support.
